All of our jewelry is imported to-house, ensuring that each piece reaches you, our dedication to artistry and quality is of utmost important to us.

Yes! We love creating personalized pieces that reflect your unique style. Simply reach out with your ideas, color preferences, and specifications. We’ll work closely with you to design your dream jewelry.
5. What is the processing time for orders?
Our standard processing time is 18 to 20 business days for ready-made items. Custom orders typically take 7 to 13 day’s, depending on the complexity of the design.
6. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we don’t but will be soon, shipping worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

7. How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry in excellent condition:
Avoid exposing it to perfume, or harsh chemicals.
Store it in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not in use.
Clean gently with a soft cloth to remove dust and oils.

9. How can I ensure the jewelry fits me?
For bracelets, necklaces, and anklets, refer to our sizing guide on the website. If you’re unsure about your size, feel free to contact us with your measurements, and we’ll assist you.
10. Can you adjust the size of an item?
Yes, we can resize most pieces upon request. For custom adjustments, additional fees may apply.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
11. What is your return policy?
You can request the dispute within 30 days after signing for the package.
You need to select the type of problem, upload photos as evidence and describe the problem. Our after-sales agent will respond within 48 hours, you need to attend to the dispute messages. If the case proves, the refund will be made to Joyaux d'Ellet within 24 hours of the result. If you prefer a refund to the original payment method, you will have to request it in the dispute.
Please contact us before returning any items.
12. Can I exchange an item?
No, exchanges are not possible even if the item is unworn and in its original condition. Contact us within 30 days to arrange a return instead and refund.

17. What should I do if my jewelry is damaged upon arrival?
To return items or package, you have 7 days to decide if they are necessary. If you want to return, please open the dispute and request it in the message.
Return conditions:
· The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimsuits, underwear.
· Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
· Items with non-returnable marks and gifts cannot be returned.
· We do not accept returned items that have been returned without proper return requests.
· We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. The cost of the return (shipping and customs fees) must be borne by the customer.
Verify your return packages before shipping, we are not responsible for any loss of return merchandise. Once we have received your returned package, we will begin to process the refund to Joyaux d'Ellet . If you need to refund in your original payment, please specify in the dispute message.
Note:
The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
